SLMA Fundamentals of Leadership Certification Call for Applicants

The Association is currently accepting applicants for the 3rd Class of SLMA's Fundamentals of Leadership Certification. This program was developed through top advisors and the SLMA Board of Directors in collaboration with Dr. Dale Bracken of National Assessment. The certification will consist of three workshops designed to equip the participants with skills to strengthen relationships and better navigate the sea of expectations, conflict, and stress inherent in our member businesses. The skill sets include industry best-practices for strategic thinking, networking, communication, finance, and behaviors. Upon successful completion of the three (3) module curriculum, participants will receive formal Leadership Certification from SLMA. 

Qualified participants will include those seen as high potential leaders expected to consistency and significantly shape the future of our indsutry. 

This class will be limited to 12 participants. The first module is scheduked to begin on December 8, 2021 in Jacksonville, Florida. If you would like to sponsor a member of your team, please contact Bryan Smalley at bryan@slma.org for more information.
