SLMA Fundamentals of Leadership Certification: Only 4 Spots Left

The Association is currently accepting applicants for the 2nd Class of SLMA's Fundamentals of Leadership Certification. This program was developed through top advisers and the SLMA Board of Directors in collaboration with Dr. Dale Bracken of National Assessment. The certification will consist of three workshops designed to equip the participants with skills to strengthen relationships and better navigate the sea of expectations, conflict, and stress inherent in our member businesses. The skill sets include industry best-practices for strategic thinking, networking, communication, finance, and behaviors. Upon successful completion of the three (3) module curriculum, participants will receive formal Leadership Certification from SLM

Qualified participants will include those seen as high potential leaders expected to consistently and significantly shape the future of our industry. 

If you would like to sponsor a member of your team (limit one per class for a registration fee of $1800), please reply to bryan@slma.org. The first class is scheduled to begin on November 7th.
