GENERAL INFORMATION:
The 2022 Spring Expo will be held in the Iberville Ballroom on the Mezzanine Level of the Hotel Monteleone. The Trade Expo & Reception will be held Thursday, March 17 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. The Expo will resume with a Networking Breakfast on Friday, March 18 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Board meetings and industry updates will be held in the Queen Anne Ballroom.

Badge Pick-Up: If you are not attending the Napoleon House Fundraiser, badges will be available for pick-up starting 8:00 AM on Thursday morning outside of the Queen Anne Ballroom. If you are attending the Wednesday night fundraiser, badges will be available at the Napoleon House upon arrival.
EXHIBITS LAYOUT:
Click here to download the Spring Expo layout and table assignments. Exhibit space consists of one 6' x 30" draped table and two chairs. The entire ballroom is carpeted.
IF YOU NEED POWER, it is recommended to bring an extension cord and safety tape. Standard power is available through perimeter wall outlets. Hotel charges will apply for dedicated power and/or non-standard electrical power.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
The hotel will accept shipments no earlier than seven (7) days prior to the event. Please reference the following when shipping your materials:
