Role: To identify, develop, and implement programs and services targeted to meet the needs of the membership

Areas Covered:
Meetings/Special Events: Manufacturers Roundtables, Mill Tours, Area Meetings, Annual Conference
Surveys: Wage Scale, Competitive Assessment Surveys
Value-Added Programs: Insurance Programs, Investment Services Program, Discount Services (ADP, Gateway, etc...)
Responsibilities include:
- Provide input and guidance on educational programming to assure its relevance
- Provide input to determine what services members perceive as being value-added
- Evaluate current programs and services to assure ongoing relevance and value
- Develop appropriate discovery and feedback mechanisms to continually gage membership needs and program impact
- Develop and implement communication vehicles and marketing tools to encourage membership to take advantage of available programs and services
- Actively market professional development programs and member services
- Other responsibilities as necessary
